Shipping And Return Policy
At OurAastha.com, we’re dedicated to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. Our goal is to make returning products and getting refunds as easy as possible. Here’s what you need to know:
When Can You Return a Product?
Wrong Product: If we accidentally send you the wrong item, just send us an unboxing video and get in touch with us.
Manufacturing Defect: If you find a defect in the product, show us a video of the issue.
Damaged Condition: If your product arrives damaged, please provide an unboxing video.
How to Return a Product:
A) Cancellation: We want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to cancel an order, email us at support@ouraastha.com within 12 hours of placing it. Please note that same-day or scheduled deliveries (like cakes and flowers) can’t be canceled. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible.
B) Breakages: For any damage that occurs during shipping, email us an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of it right away.
C) Wrong Product Received: If you receive an item that’s not what you ordered, let us know right away through chat support or email us at support@ouraastha.com. You can return the product in its original packaging and with all its accessories for a refund or exchange. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving the product. We’ll guide you through the return process.
Return Costs:
Domestic Shipping (India):
Up to 500 gm: Rs. 75
500 gm to 999 gm: Rs. 150
1 Kg to 2 Kg: Rs. 250
Above 2 Kg: Rs. 250 + Rs. 125 per additional Kg
International Shipping: We’ll refund the product cost, but shipping charges will be deducted.

Refund Timeline: Once we’ve processed your return and completed the quality check, you should see the refund in your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Refunds are initiated after the product reaches us and passes inspection. The time for the return to reach us might affect how quickly you get your refund. If there are any issues with the refund, we may ask you to send a screenshot of your bank statement to support@ouraastha.com.
